Our family has needed something new for some time and trying to find out what we needed took a lot of time, heartache and determination. After weeks of vacationing and finding jobs, a home, and a life we return to Cedar City. There is something so peaceful about living in a small town (approx 20,000). People tend to be slower, friendlier and a bit more relaxing to be around.
And this starts our new chapter...
The girls are having a blast playing in the dirt, rocks, water...whatever. They love the outdoors and they are loving the constant attention they get from grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins. Khaliah is definately growing more into a diva. She is now wanting her hair straightened when she gets out of the bath while still begging to have her fingers and toes painted. Taysiah is still my little shoe queen but starting to develope the little tantrum habits her sister taught her. And my sweet little Mahlayah can't get enough of hugs, kisses, and loves. Although she's not walking, she sure is standing and getting around.
Dustin of course is loving the warm weather and soaking up any 4 wheeling moment he can with his dad and uncle. His family sure has been helping a lot with getting his sami up and running. We did enjoy a lovely family day out at 3 peaks where yes, I DROVE!
I on the other hand just love and appreciate the help I get with the girls. They are so happy which in turn makes me happy. I get a lot of peace and quiet while they tear up the town. I love the idea of starting my own vegetable garden and the start up of a fun house remodeling project with my hubby.
Well, that's the start of much more updates to come. Posted are some pics of our fun weekend visit which started out our new chapter!!
